I have a 00' Integra and want to change out my sorry Weapon-Rs (lol) for a new set-up. But I'm having trouble deciding whether or not I want to go back with coilovers or just get a spring and shock set-up. I really don't change the height of my car often, but I do race it once and a while. I'd really appreicate it if you guys could help me.

Springs....sounds like you dont need the adjustablility.

 

just get some sport or race springs.

Thanks for the help guys, I'm now looking into the H&R Sport springs or the Race ones. I'll probably also get the Koni Yellows or Tokico Adj.
