Clicking Sound When Accelerating Quickly
I just got my car back from the shop, they installed clutch kit, timing belt, water pump. I noticed a clicking sound (sounds like its coming from the engine) but only when I accelerate quickly and tach reaches around 4500. Anybody know what this might be??? The other posts I found didn't really help me out.
Check your axle boots and see if they are leaking anywhere... See if there's grease all inside your wheels... If yes, it's probably your boots need replaced, this happened before on my old Accord...
If no, then check your motor mounts... See if ne of them are cracked and possibly torquing when the motor is given throttle...

anyone? i searched and no one really had this exact same problem...it only happens when i accelerate real fast...like slam it...and only around 4000+ rpm
Use some grease on the hamster wheel.
Seriously what 4U2NV suggested sounds reasonable. Does it only do it when you accelerate or does it also do it when you turn? Maybe CV joints are shot.

definetly doesnt happen when i turn...only when i really get on it (not slow acceleration)...checked, no grease on wheel...i listened to the sound again and it is more like a rattling sound

Crawl under the car and try looking for any place the heat shield may be loose. Try reving while in neutral to see if it still makes the noise. My heat shield started rattling...pissed me off big time. I know you said it is a clicking sound, but mine started out like that and steadily got worse.
