the greddy turbo kit(92 -95 civic kit) will work with some minor modifications to the manifold(port match it to block) and you,ll have to get some charge piping made up, 450 Dsm injectors, what will u be using as fuel management? i have a greddy on my zc and its been great so far
greddy kit works,l it was actually designed for the ZC until the last minute when they decided to make it for a single cam. a custom t25 is cheaper. you can get just about everything you need off a 1st an 2nd gen eclipse. HONDATUNING did a similar build up on a single cam A6 that made 170whp. all for under 800$. you can get a t25 turbo, dsm 450 injectors, dsm BOV, custom piping will cost you know more than 100$, intercooler from a starion or a conquest.
form what i have learned form the turbo hondas i have done.....you cannot hold alot of PSi becasue of how the motor is sleved...but you can handel alot of volume...so i would look for a turbo with a .6 a/r on the compressor and either a 50 or 6o trim wheel...and then for exhaust you should look for an exhaust a/r of .5 or .63(dont want bigger than that).....if you go smaller than .5 you will spool to fast and burn out like a mother
so maybe a turbonetics .6a/r cold side and .5a/r hot side
for example: my mr2 runs a turbonetics .5 compressor with 5o trim wheel and .5a/r exhaust with stage 3 wheel...i spool really well( full boost 24psi by 3700rpms) this turbo is able to push around 450rwhp on a mr2
but you cannot push that psi so you should get a bigger compressor to make more hp...just my $.02

i wouldnt go with the t25. Its too weak and the compressor side is really low. Ide go with the 14b. Bolts up same as t25, slightly bigger, compressor comes out on the top. Much better in my opinion. Also use the AFC hack. It is proven to work pretty well. dsm 450s are also good.
Just my thoughts

I went with the GReddy kit on my ZC and have been very pleased.
See my sig for the results.
I don't have any experience with going custom or the junkyard route, but I *did* go with some used 1g DSM 450cc injectors. Got them from a local H-T person for $50 and they worked out great.
I ended up using a Spearco FMIC (the one from the Integra kit) and the quality is excellent, but I think the Starion FMIC is fine as long as your goal is < say 225 whp.
Well, hope this helps some & good luck on your project!

Be careful about how much boost you run. The sleeves aren't the problem with the zc,(although they do have unusually high cylinder pressures...), the rods are only good for about 200 hp at the crank. As for the T25, it is most certainly undersized for the 2.0l 4G63, but should be just about right for a 1.6l, as long as you're not going for more than 15psi or so. You also need to take into account your power goal. Do you want a good streetable turbo crx, or are you looking to kick Papadakis' ***?
