i'd go with the 205/50/15's...and if you are looking for all weather (except snow) then go with either bridgestone potenza re750's or the s03's. If you are looking for the best dry traction go with falken azenis.
I agree i would go with the azenis for dry weather vulcantire.com has some freally good deals on the falkens as well as some other all weather tires. check them out.

well the BF Goodrich G-Force is a great tire althought i think there a little more expensive than the S03's... IMO, the azenis are great track/street tires in the dry. the Kuhmos escta MX are great tires also. my cousin runs them on his M3 which is use for track/street. Some places will say Yokohama ES100 will out perform the azenis but i think thats total BS and there just trying to sell you those tires but i've heard no compliant about them
No one can accurately answer your question until you tell us what your plans are, your driving habits, weather conditions, tread wear your looking for ect... Be more specific and you will get better answers if not your thread will turn into another useless tire debate
Ive said it before and ill say it again there is no such thing as a "Best tire" the best tire for someone else may not be the best tire for you.

Yeah thanx for the suggestions guys i think im gonna go with the s03's they have an excellent rating on tirerack.
I am looking for a street performance tire that can handle wet weather too.
As for the azenis there is a back order on them at vulcantire.com so that is not an option.
Any more comments/ suggestions would help PEACE

You have made the correct decision
Tires are probably one of the best mods you can do, yet are almost one of the most overlooked mods for some stupid reason.

Grippiest tires would be Hoosier R3S03, but odds are you want a tire that will last longer than 3 days. I'd go with the Falken's, they're much cheaper than the S-03's and offer similar dry traction.

I disagree. From an economy standpoint, Kumho's are great, but I've been disappointed with their overall traction and performance on just about every model of tire they produce.

mrmonk said that he wanted performance in the wet, also.
Azenis suck in the rain.

That's quite a generalization. You haven't used the MX's, have you?
If you don't believe me, take it from the guys who race these tires whose opinion I value infinitely more:

As a matter of fact, I have. I used two sets of MX's on a Porsche that I had a little over a year ago. I found much better grip, both wet and dry, as well as comparable tread life from both the Michelin Pilot Sport, and the Bridgestone Potenza S-03. I used both a set of Kumho 711's and a set of Kumho 712's on my WRX when I had it, and again found better performance from another manufacturer, this time Yokohama.
I agree that Azenis' are not a wise decision for wet weather driving though.
