I was wondering about this for the reason that the crx seats suck for me. I cant stay in one spot when i am actually driving. Drove a miata a few weeks back and my butt stayed planted...in the seat... and that is how i like to drive. If anyone has tried this or knows if the miata seats of any year will fit in a crx, let me know. Highly interested.

Sure it can be done if you fabricate custom mounting brackets.

 

well im sure you can make it work... just pick a set up and then see where they sit. its going to be trial and error, but you can make it work.

what condition are your seats in...i may be interested in purchasing them if they are from an SI.

 

I've thought about doing this too. My friend has an 01 miata and for OEM seats, they're pretty awesome.

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.

I'd try to steal the mounting brackets out of the miata and re-use them in the CRX so you have less fabing to do.

Drill Drill, bolt bolt. Done.
