easy swap. just like doing it in a civic. u can use hasport or hcp engine mounts. u also need to cut (trim) the passenger side top mount. the hardest part is making the wiring harness. takes a good 6-8 hrs of cutting and soldering.

as far as handeling, aslong as u have decent suspension (good springs and shocks) it will handel just as good as a b-series.

 

I dropped an H22 into a 94 LS. Was fun. I used Enjo mounts, worked pretty well.

IMO, you should change the clutch, water pump and timing belt before installing the H22.

 

You will also need the shift linkage from a honda accord.
