Maybe somebody can answer my question...

I have a 1995 2door Honda civic ex with aftermarket 15 inch rims on it...well the tires on it have bad tread on them and I gotta get new ones...the size of the tires of the tires are 205/50zr/15..my question is I have some old tires I used for a few months that are just sitting in my closet and there size is 215/60/15 I want to know if those tires will fit on my car? Im thinking a 215 may be to wide? Does anybody know what the sizes that are able to fit on my particular car? Thanks

 

correct me if im wrong. if the wheels are 15x7 the 215 width shouldnt be a problem fitting the wheel, they may rub a bit. but i think that the 60 height is a bit much. my stock wheels were 185/65/14. the ideal height is 50-55.

With 15 inch wheels I'd go with stock specs: 195/50/15

 

im not really worried about what it will look like im more or less trying to find a cheaper way to put some tires on just for a few weeks untill I buy new ones...im asking if they will fit or will they rub?
