Default H22 Question About OBD2

I have a 1997 Accord LX coupe and was just wondering how to go about keeping the car OBD2. Are there any special mods that I have to do (ie Wire Harness...ect) Or would it just be better to get a 96 or newer motor. Thanks any help would be great, even though this topic has probobaly been thrown around a lot.

buy an obd2 engine
if yo ubuy an obd1 engine and want to make it just like an obd2 engine you will need an obd2 oil pump, distributor and injectors. maybe with creative wiring you could make all the obd1 parts work, but i suspect that is beyond most people on here.

why would you rather go through the trouble to make it OBD II?? people usually try to make OBD II engines run OBD I.
