1990 civic cx hatchback, code 20 plz help
alright so im sitting at mcdicks with my gf by convergys about to goto a job interview with shaw, and we go inside to eat so i decide il'l let the car run to keep it warm, lock the doors and go inside, i come out to find my car is off,, so im like k wtf
so i goto start it and it makes a noise like its half dieing, like slugishly turning over but it starts up, so okay i drive it to shaw. i leave car running with my gf in the car as i go in for the interview, and she said it did it about 5 times, where it stalled out
so i get out from the interview and we are on the way home down bishop grandin, and at st vital mall around there , by dakota street, ther is a light, so i stop for the light and now when i try to go again it stalls out and now it wont start, i had to leave the car there for a couple days before we could tow it back
its at home now, we have done a few tests, we thought it might be the alternator, but if it was the alternator and we charged my battery completely full, wouldnt th car at least start???
We also thought it might be frozen fuel lines so we put the car under a tarp and put some heaters underneath the car for about 12 hours, tried starting again and nothing. It turns over and the starter is working and everything the engine sounds fine turning over but just wont kick to start
we pulled the plugs and they were completely bone dry so that leads us to beleive we arent getting any fuel, we also tried pulling the plug and grounding it to the block and try turning it over, and we are getting no spark
so we are getting fuel and air but no spark, we tried changing the whole dissy that didnt work, tried a brand new battery that didnt work, put a new fuel filter in cuz minie was kinda dirty didnt work, put in a new ecu the same here i think its a pm5, its now thorwing a code with the new ecu of 20, which is ELD, where is the ELD and how do i fix this problem, the old ecu didnt throw this code.
does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be, im really desperate here and need to ge this fixed, thanks guys

First of all, there is no such thing as a 1990 "CX" hatchback.
Secondly, code 20 is the ELD, or electronic load detector, which is integrated into the fusebox, supposedly. There are about 10,000 posts on this site about it.
