almost everything on the DOHC u can use parts from the 88-89 integra's.. d16a1
to answer ur questions tho, even tho they've all been answered already on this board
exhaust manifold will bolt right up as well as aftermarket header
as for cam gear's, there are different ones u can use.. idealy get one from a 88-89 tegy.. but if u can't find on of those.. i've heard LS ones work..
intake manifold?.. the acutally manifold?.. ur gonna have to get one for a ZC, or teg.. cam's.. many major companies make cams for the ZC.. exospeed i know does.. there are a few mugen on ebay.. many places will do regrinds as well.
as for parts.. its safe to say order everything for a 88-89 teg.. timing belt u want from a 90 lude tho.. upper raditor hose u need to get from a 84 accord..
do a search this has been cover many many many many times..

the 88-89 Teg Does NOT use the same cam gears. The diameter is very different. You can use B16 cam gears, they fit and work but belt will be running at the edge of the gears. If you managed to even get the older TEG gears on and the belt over them it would be smashing valves within 3 revolutions of the motor.

Camgears-b16 skunk2(any b series)

intake manifold- none available at this time

camshafts-exospeed, WEB, regrinds at machine shop

header-an d series crx will bolt, must port match though.

ecu-crxsi pm6, 89 integra pg7, 90 integra pr4(if you wire it this is the best one IMO) , zc pm7

clutch(depends on what tranny-88 crx kit- 90-91 kit (87 prelude clutch disk, however his will cause argument )

hope this helps, go to http://www.thezcr.com for a COMPLETE parts list

What are the differences between an A6 and a SOHC ZC. I thought the only difference was the smog stuff and the ECU... Notice that I'm saying 'I thought' which means I'm thinking I must be wrong and I'm actually looking for an answer...

Go DOHC. If the price is similar at all, go DOHC. Lack of parts has never been an issue for me in 5 years of having one. Everything I've ever wanted to buy has been avalable. Cam gears on stock cams on a ZC aren't going to do much and are probably a waste of money (that was my experience with HKS ZC gears).

My opinion... buy a DOHC ZC, buy a sohc greddy kit, enjoy low 14s high 13s (depending on car). You have about $2200 total in the swap and turbo, and its a blast to drive. If you blow it up, you spend another $500 on a motor, and you're back in business.
