I've heard Rota is going to be making 15x7 Slipstreams in 5x114.3 bolt pattern in addition to the current 6.5". Anyone know if this is true?

Last I heard, they weren't.

 

I can only find the 15x7 wheels in 4x100 at my usual sources.

I remember when they were first talking about the 15x7, and the ITR bolt pattern was discussed. I guess it was never clear that there would be enough buyers.

 

I though the 15x7, 4x100 slips were just a test run or somthing. Didn't they only make one batch??

All I know is that our buddy at machiii stocks them.

It might've started as a test run if you're talking about the OEM thread in RR Forum, but they got enough committed orders that it surprised them. Perhaps it's a regular item, now.

 

I don't believe there was enough interest in the 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern. There are enough people interested in the 4x100 pattern to warrant Rota to offer them in regular basis, at least from the website that I've browsed.

Cheap, light, and affordable wheels in the 5 x 114.3 pattern are rare. Marcus at HeelToe tried to get a GB for the A-Tech Finalspeeds, but that fell through due to lack of interest sigh.

I kinda figured there would be a fair number of interested people from the itr forum. I know i personally would much rather have 7" than 6.5", but it seems i may have to make do with 6.5".

 

15x7 in 4x100 is a regular item. We currently stock them and just sold this set of Steel Grey to HT member "all stock"

If you guys want me to talk to Walee at machiii I can do that for you guys. Make up a list of who seriously has the cash ready for them and I will let him know how many for sure will be sold. MachIII is 20 mins away from my house and I know Walee and Johnson very well. So just lmk, they are very good friends with the people at Rota so if you guys want this to happen here's your chance.
