Default Golden Eagle fuel rail problems and problems and problems.............

I was just curious to see if anyone was having any problems with the GE fuel rails? I'm using my stock injectors for a B16 right now, but I'm really beginning to get pissed off. I have now gone through 3 sets of injector o-rings. The GE fuel rail is eating the o-rings alive. Everytime I try to put a new on a new o-ring I literally give myself a frikken *** hernia. Once I reinstall them into my car..............I GET GAS SQUIRTED IN MY DAMN FACE, BECAUSE THE O-RING'S ARE TORN I'm about to go to the machine shop across the street and have him bore the injector inlets out a little bit, unless someone else can give me some better advice. I've used every kind of lubricant known to mankind including, silicon spray, Vaseine, KY Jelly, etc. etc.
Thanks,
Olin Lucas

I can't use the factory rail, because it isn't going to flow enough fuel for what I want. When I finish tuning my car after I put on my turbo, I am looking for somewhere around 400+ WHP

Hey bro. no offense but I'm trying to build a serious motor here. I will be running somewhere near 800cc injectors. My entire motor is completely built, and I need high quality race parts. I know that I said 400hp would be what I was putting out, but once I get my Hondata tuned I know I'll be putting out a good bit more than that, plus I also have a NOS direct port setup for an 80 shot. More than likely I'll be dropping that down to somewhere in the neighborhood of a 40 shot though. BTW if got the problem fixed on the fuel rail. The holes where the injectors go just needed to be tapered on the outer edge to keep from cutting the o-rings when they were being pressed inwards.

Thanks,
Olin Lucas
