Default Rewiring help: IAB for OBD-II To OBD-I Conversion?

my IAB is always open when i ditched my OBD-II P72 for a OBD-I p72. I heard something that i have to rewire the IAB? I know the two wires that interface with it is below the throttle body, but what do i do exactly? TIA

One wire at the IAB control solenoid valve should be +12v from the main relay. That's how all the relays seem to be hooked up.

When the ECM wants to operate that valve it closes the ground side of the circuit. On my '95 (OBD-1) GS-R that's pin A17 on the ECM.

still so confused....I have found that the ECU sends a different signal to the IAB in the OBD-II as opposed to the OBD-I? thats why my secondaries are always open? anybody out there know how to rewire it so it would work?
