I have never laid a hand on my car. I don't think I could figure out were to hit it besides the seats that wouldn't break my fist. I do however drive my car hard but it is designed for it. It's not like it's your typical grocery getter

I beat on my car everyday. I had this b16 in for about 3.5 years now. And it hasn't given me any problems. And all I do is oil changes. 
. And I figure if I blow it up I will just get a ls block and build a little monster. Or just get a b16 long block for cheap. But yeah most of the people on this entire forum beat their cars, why not. lol

Beat on it by driving hard or beating on it like the body? I kicked my rusty 1/4 and a big chunk fell off. I just on the hood to get across to the driver side faster but the hood is wrecked.

i pretty much do the same as all of you, hit vtec about 5 times a day....the farthest point that i go in one day is about 2-3 miles away but its driving in circles thats the fun part..(what can i say, its kauai)

Id say I go through gears 1-4 WOT about 5 times a day.
I go out for lunch everyday with friends and race around on the higway when were done.
Youd be surprised how empty it is @ about 1:20-1:40

Ive got a nitrous kit coming as well. Cars gonna be blown up in less than 6 months for sure. Have a bet for $200 when I get it installed against his 80 Camaro with a 350 with gear and exhaust and a big double barrell carb
My car loves it, and I love the sound.
So do the girls

is that all? on the street i hit vtec like 20-40 times a day. and sometimes when driving to chicago/madison or other surrounding cities i keep vtecc ingaged for an hour or more. but dont get your panties in a bunch it does get rebuilt every year
