4 wire o2 sensor not reading?
Hey, tried searching, found nothing.
Well, i did an obd0-1 swap a few months ago, and thought it was all working fine. Well, I installed an air-to-feul gauge, and it wasnt reading, so i tested all my connections and wires, and i didnt get any reading from my signal wire, which should be pushing between 1 and 0 volts. Well, my o2;s shot, just went out and bought another, rewired everything, and still get nothing, rewired again,a dn still nothing, swapped every wire possible, and still nothing. Im testing the signals with a voltmeter, and the only wire i get a signal from is my 12v switched heater wire, and it was reading like 17 volts. Hmmm, anyways, i have a constant code 43 when driving, comes on after cruising at a set speed, feul supply system?, and now i have a code 1. well, have had it for a few weeks now. I dunno, i just want my gauge to read, and i just spent another 70 on a 4 wire that i didnt need, any help?

Oh yeah, this was using a blown90hatch harness, great harness, but why am i not getting a signal rading from my o2 sensor???????? Its also on an obx header, if that matters.
Alright, i just went out there, and checked the wires directly at teh o2 sensor, and the blue wire, which is the signal wire for the o2, Bosch, was reading around -.032, and would go a little lower, but not much higher, closer to zero. What the hell is the problem. I had all teh other wires still connected, so it was being heated, and was grounded, along with my voltmeter being grounded to my ground strap. WTF is up with this, i must be missing somthing.
Well to make sure you have it hooked up right get the pt # and call the maker and get the wiring diagram. From most of the O2's I have delt with is two black wires that are for the heater one is a ground and the other is for a power supply does not matter wich one you ground our use for a power supply. The white wire is the positive and the last is for the main ground.
My set up is OBD-0 I run a ZDYNE gold. The sensor is made by bosch. And is wired up using a 12v relay.

Oh i have the wiring diagram, the blue wire is the signal wire, white one si the ground, and the two black ones are for the heater sensor and ground. THe blue one puts out a constant NEGATIVE voltage, around -.035. WTF, when the car is hot too.
