the act has alot of pedal pressure and is hell on the thrust bearings. i have a cm stage 4, it is not real forgiving, but it is a sprung clutch and has a a little give. the act is great but is hell on the thrust bearing. i have been a cm **** and like their product. n/a b20 a stage 3 should be fine. if you decide to go boosted, maybe a 4 later on.

driving in traffic with a heavy duty pressure plate is death on your leg unless you're a body builder.

So go with an ACT or CM stage 1-3?
Because it is a daily driven car I just want something that will respond a lot better than my stock LS clutch kit.
