Nitto 450's aren't the best performance tire, but they're relatively cheap, last a long time, and have a decent amount of grip considering the treadwear. I'll give the 450's the for long life "performance tire"

Any 205 /16 or 17 tire in the suck in the rain. Why?, because the Wider footprint that works good in the dry, sucks *** in the wet.
Messed up alignment and uneven wear also contribute to crappy wet weather performance.
Don't flame the Tire Company, It's not their job to educate.

"IT'S DEFECTIVE!" you automatically assume, when it happens to all tire brands in all sizes.
