Default Chipped P-28. Who has the best program

I am about to purchase a chipped p-28 for my car and was wondering who has the best program. This is going into a 01 GSR with a stock bottom end B18C1. My set up consists of AEM Type R intake, 65mm TB, skunk 2 IM, P&P head, skunk 2 stage 1 cams, all skunk valve train including valves, spoon headgasket, TODA header, and a Apexi catback. I plan to tune it with a VAFC. I also see lots of ECUs out there such as KENJIs and the skunk 2 program. I have even been to sites such as JDMhondaparts.com and see that they even offer programs.

There are a lot of choices on which one to run and I was wondering if anyone had any input on which programs perform well. My goal with this set up is to dip into the 180 horsepower range. Any help is appreciated.

the best program.........is the one you tune/burn yourself!

Kenji/Locash/the rest of the ECU guru's CANNOT chip a ECU to everyone combo without dyno tuning.
