Denji Projectors...opinions?
What is everyone's take on Denji projector headlights for my EG? Are they worth it? Do they provide better illumination? worse?
I have an opportunity to buy at good price, just wondering if they are worth the $150cdn.

well what i meant was, i bought the denjis and used the h3's or whatever it came it and it still sucked. it was a bit brighter then the stock headlights, but then i wanted it brighter. so i bought the HID with d2s bulbs and audi bi xenon projectors and mounted it in the denjis. now the light is bright and the cutoff is sharp. 30x better then the stock denjis..
Install
- Remove 2 screws under bumper
- Remove 2 screws under fenders (1 screw per side)
- Pop hood, remove 5 screws on top of bumper
- Disconnect battery
- Remove corner lamps (1 screw per side)
- Remove 1 nut (inner side of headlamps, 1 per side)
- Remove 1 bolt (outter side of headlamps, 1 per side)
- Remove 2 bolts on top of headlamps
- Disconnect harness
- Remove headlamp
You should also receive a harness adapter with your projectors. You might not need it though. I didn't need mine. Straight plug and play with the projectors. Never slam/drop your hood down. I dropped mine once and it cracked a low projector beam......turned into a waste of money, unless I used them for show only.
However, you will have worse lighting at night. Your stock headlamp fixtures give off better lighting.
I would recommend the stock fixtures with the "euro glass" style.
