well the thing is there r soooooo many opinions that are already out there, u should be taking advantage of the search button so u can get different spectrums and ideas of what "u" want. there r way to many different setups on I-H-E too and always answering the same question over and over brings that annoying broken record affect where it just repeats and repeats, hey maybe ull learn sumthing when u go out on ur own to search...

why waste your time to tell this guy that there is a search button? There is a post title (What's the best combo for intake header and exhaust) that you have to click on to enter the forum. If you don't care about this topic, then don't click on it to tell the guy to use the search button.

just try using search: youll get more of a variety of replies by looking at all the threads that different people posted.
just try typing in 'best intake' in the search field and make sure you restrict it to the 'integra' forum only. do this for each, ie.intake, header, exhaust. read up on all the different topics, im sure youll be able to find your answer there.

i just tried typing in 'best intake' and it pulled up a few threads, and seems like majority of the people either like the aem and injen for cold air and the icebox for short ram.

it also all depends on your budget.
