If you got **** *** old shocks the ride is not gonna be great no matter what springs you get
to do it right ... you need to select a good name brand spring and get adjustible shocks ... that way if it is too bouncy for you .. you can stiffin it up some .... or if it is too stiff and the road feels harsh .. you can soften them up some

Definately. You can usually get the whole shock/spring/LCA package for only a few hundred bucks.

Go with stock ITRs. Eibach and H&R are also good choices.
If I were you, I'd save up and invest in a nice coilover setup and do it right the first time.

It depends, do you plan on any autocrossing or road racing, if so then this is definately a good idea. You might be able to find a good used set for a good price, that's what I did.

spoon and mugen suspension set-ups are awesome but are so expensive. I'd love to have a spoon set-up on my 92' Ls. Better save my $$$$$$$$
