with feb 21 quickly approaching, my brain no longer functions in any tasks that is not track related. i've been tryin to find some in car footage of VIR full to remember the track, and i'd like to see some different lines driven. i've done a few searches and came up with lots of summit footage, some beaverun, just like 30 sec clips of vir, and lots of broken links. the one good video i have seen is one from warren, which i like because the audio isnt muffled by rushing wind, so i can hear the throttle inputs as well as see pretty well. the only thing i dont like is the cones used for marking apexes. i dont like to focus on those, but cant help starring at those orange things. anyone else have footage of a lap on VIR full?

 

i'd like to watch some also!

This is a decent lap... was my first trip to VIR, and in a rental Miata. This particular lap I made a pass going into one and it's a 2:25 and change. Top Miata times are like 2:22's I think.

I got wide exiting three and up on the curbs... and the gearbox was noisy on that thing. Oh, and the camera placement wasn't the best - the rearview blocks the view somewhat, but it's an OK vid.
