i woudnt run a skunk2 im unless i had a raised redline, better internals, crower cams..it doesnt make that much power at stock redline..save your money and invest in something internal. as for retro fitting just get the skunk2 im.

I have the Skunk manifold on my LS and to be honest it doesnt help out alot, but then again im almost done with my build up...so we will see. I the mani for a good deal..and thats why i got it. Other than that i would stick with something else first, head work would be good.

Have you been to the S2 website, they highly recommend the IM be used with upgraded cams, you won't feel a difference unless you have some work already done.

I have a Skunk2 IM on my stock GSR, and I mainly felt gains in the top end, and maybe a slight loss in lowend. The IM would be better if you had at least some basic bolt-ons, and preferrably, some cams and tuning.

you will still feel a nice gain esp. high end. the more u upgrade your motor the more hp u will get out of it. i give it 2 . it is kinda a pain to install the brackets in the are a pain to get to.

yah, by itself, it's not a big power adder by any means.. It's just one of those things that yields more and more power as u upgrade your breathing, ie upgrading all the bottlenecks.. big recommendation after cams, headwork, timing and fuel maps..
