72mm TB to big?

I just got a 72mm Rpm tb for a really good deal. I was wondering if this TB is to big for all motor? I have a 85mm b18c1 with 11:8:1 compression

Probably too big for your setup. You might gain some top end, but you'll loose torque. 72mm I believe is for full race all motor setups or FI setups.
