I think that is about it. Non-smoker, the interior is in great shape, no deck presently, because it got broken into recently, but make an offer and I can take care of it. 90% of the work done by SRD, maintenance was also done at Bell Honda and ToyoMotors. Just had a valve job done on it, oil change, tire rotation and has been very regularly maintained. Always used synthetic oil, mainly Redline, but castrol a few as well every 2500 miles.
