what kind of bump would a .025 mill give me?

with p30 pistons and a 2layer HG on a b16 block and head i was thinking around 11.3 - 11.5?

for every .010 its throws off the cam timing by .5

Actually the real figure is 1 degree retarded for every .012" taken off.

11.5:1 sounds about right.
