Have spark, fuel, volts, but no START!!!!!
I have a 98' ITR with AEM intake and Kenji's ECU. I have pretty new NGK V-power plugs and wires, and a brand new battery. The car has been sitting out in the snow for the last 10 days, but now it wont start. The car just cranks on start up but never fully turns over. I have even tried spraying starting fluid into the intake manifold. I am pretty sure its getting fuel b/c I can hear the fuel pump engerizering when I turn the car on, and I know its getting spark b/c I pulled the wires and check them. Anyone have any ideas why my car is not starting??
Push/tow the car somewhere warm and let it thaw out.
You probably have some condensation in the fuel lines that froze.
You got gas in that thing?

Yea, I second what BPR said, it's been really cold in PA lately, and after 10 days...
If you have a garage available, you could get a heat lamp and warm it up.

I just went through starting problems of my own. has it been starting progressively worse over time? start with the simple stuff first. check your oil, plugs, cap and rotor to make sure there is no corrosion. have you tried to push start it? if its the starter going bad then you should be able to push start it with enough speed. might wanna get some of that gas treatment to treat frozen lines. just because the fuel pump comes on doesnt mean its getting fuel. disconnect the fuel line from the rail, put it in a plastic cup, and PRIME the fuel pump(turn to ON position but do not try to start it). See if any fuel comes out of the line into the cup. if it looks like its getting fuel you can check the igniter in the distributor and make sure there is no corrsion in there either. you might want to check the main relay as well to make sure the joints arent crapped out.
go here for more tips. it was for my DX but just about all of it applies to the R as well https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=737769
