Default Timing Belt for 96 Accord EX coupe

I'm due for 90,000 timing belt replacement and I've been shopping around for service and the cheapest one is $620.00 from a local dealer. They told me that they would replace the timing belts, balance shaft belts, water pump, drive belt. Are all this needed? And would you recommend having all this done?

If you live in the bay area, do you recommend any mechanic that is honest and won't rip me off. Thx.

thats pretty much the standard when they are in there for the timing belt, due to the fact that i think they have to remove one or two of those to get to the timing belt and such. when i had it done, it came to $520 for everything so you are in the general range i would say

You could always buy your own parts that might save you some money. Check out epartsco.com pretty cheap.
