Comptech widebody NSX w/ SC, I believe it had like 8K miles on it and they wanted $130,000 for it. I saw it not long ago at the same dealership near the service area. Notice the banged up front lip....some people
It doesn't look bad at this angle, but the wide body kit just looks wierd overall.

haha oops,

My turn...

At 8 million miles, you would need to circle the earth's diameter 1287.2 times in order to rack up that kind of mileage. That would take you 15.22 years traveling at 60mph non-stop.

My turn...

At 8 million miles, you would need to circle the earth's diameter 1287.2 times in order to rack up that kind of mileage. That would take you 24088.7 years to accomplish. Interesting...
What are you talking about!? If you took 8,000,000 miles and divided it by your 24,088.7 years, then divided that by 365 days and that by 24 hours... you'd be going 0.0379 miles per hour. Now lets say he drives at a constant 100 miles per hour. If he drove that for 1 day he'd do 2,400 miles. And 1 year he'd do 876,000 miles. Take 8,000,000miles divided by 876,000 miles/year and you get 9.13 years. You'd only get 24000 years if you were going 0.037 mph. Check your math yo.

hmmmmm...my math is VERY off somewhere

My target number was supposed to be 15.22 years traveling at 60mph.

Otherwise, the NSX doesn't look that bad at all. Although I don't think I'd pay the amount for what they are asking for. I could by myself another ITR, S2k, an NSX and perhaps ship a DC5R from Japan with that kind of cash. The tax alone is over $7000

much better you got it!

So you say that comptech kit is ugly in person (winglessR)? I think it looks cool in the pics. But I know pictures can be deceiving.

I like the treatment of the front end a lot, but the extra extension on the wing can go. Not to sure about the fender flares, though.

Don't really dig the body kit, but it does make me wonder how the stock front end would look with the center bar removed from the grille opening...

Hey Will,

nice pic... I'll see you tomorrow

Actually the kit looks very nice when it is done right. The Acura dealership had a slacker that installed it. He did a **** pore job of putting it on the car... they had this very car for over a year... maybe more... It has alot of Comptech goodies on it and I'm sure is very fast. But the present owner is an idot that doesn't understand or care about what he has. The pictures don't show it, but the car has damage to the front and rear of the car. The tech I talked to said that he has brought the car back twice before to have body damage fixed. He keeps hitting the front end on parking bump stops. He's one of the idiots that doesn't stop untill he runs into something.....

Before the original post was edited, the posted mileage was 8000K rather than 8K. And yes, my math is bad.

Do you ever wonder how dealerships mark the value up with an extremely modded car, yet when you want to trade in your modded car, they value down?

*hoping I did not perform such crappy calculation on my physics exam yesterday*

It even has a red Acura emblem... That's got to be worth something too.

Yea it was there in Nov' of '99. I don't know when you bought your R Cheezefrog, but I think it sat at the dealership for awhile before it sold.
