Id say an icebox, or the cai wrapped. SC's all ready run very hot, and im sure any colder the air will prove to be beneficial. Id get a water injection system also if i were you
Hope i was of some help

i've seen the icebox making the most power on JRSC'd apps but i haven't looked in depth at many setups... just what i've noticed.

water injection would be a nice addition as it's essentially FREE once you make the initial investment in the hardware and installation.

a small amount of nitrous can also do wonders for JRSC's however if you get silly with it you will rematurely wear the fins on the compressor. i'd go with a dry 35 shot if it was me... spraying into the port on the back that was intended for the water injection. great solution to lower IAT's at the track... not the best option for street use though as you wouldn't want to run it ALL THE TIME like with water injection.

Regards,
Erik

I would say an enclosed 3" Short Ram with some sort of efficient cold-air routing device would be your best bet.
