tell me about it ! remember i live in TENNESSEE. REDNECK HEAVEN HERE . can you not add fuel with a vafc ? does it just control the pulse width of the injector to add fuel ?

You are supposed to be able to add fuel, but the VAFC adds fuel very poorly. It leans out just fine, but it doesn't add fuel to a stock program all that well. Definitely get the FPR.
And I hear ya on the VAFC hondata stuff. Sure hondata is better, but there are NO real hondata tuners in my state, and with the VAFC, I can tune the car myself rather than paying someone else to do it for me.

I agree totally and as far FPR's go i reccomend a B&M FPR, i have tried others and the dont seem to work as well as the B&M 4 some reason.

i have the p30 version of the mugen program on my p28 with a vafc and b&m fpr. My initial a/f readings were pretty much 12:1 all across the board before I even touched the vafc. So yeah it definitely helps. I'm sitting at 14.5:1 before vtec and high13:1 in vtec now. Fuel pressure set at 40psi......all of this on a B16A.
also, with the mugen program, you will NOT need to add fuel anywhere more than likely.
