Just take it to a machine shop and they won't have a problem doing it. I was wondering the same thing myself since you have to mill 1mm on each side of the b16a rod to get the b18c1/5 & b16b pistons on there and i wondered how it'd be backwards. But ppl say there's no issues with it and just take it to a machine shop and they can take care of it for ya.

yea if you put p30s on gsr/itr rods on an gsr crank and in a gsr/ itr block it sould be "plug n play" haha

very nice setup, as i am looking to go down that road as well

Has anyone gotten p30s on gsr to work yet?? have p30s on my gsr rods right now ready to go in but there is a lot of play between the rod and the piston because the p72 rods are thinner then the b16 rods. Just wanted to know if anyone got it working good?

That side-to-side play is a non-issue. That movement is kept in check by the crankshaft-to-conrod thrust clearance and the piston-to-cylinder wall clearance.

If those clearances are within spec, then you should have nothing to worry about from the extra slack.
