civic domani conversion ques..
I just came across a civic Si on ebay with a Domani front end conversion. Honestly I have never seen it before ever, how hard of a conversion is it and how hard are the parts to come by??

I think the domani conversion is either an acura EL front end or a knockoff of it, called a domani. The only place I know of that sell/used to sell it is VIS racing. There's a couple members here who have done the EL front end on their 96+ eks and I might say they look stunning. As for pricing I have not a clue as to how much they go for.
Hopefully an owner of the conversions will help you out, or you can make a new thread targeting the canadian h-t members..
edit : is this the conversion you're asking about?

If that's a Domani then it's not a Civic. The only other Honda to use a 5-cyl. engine that I know of was the Acura Vigor, which I think was related to the Accord but I'm not sure. So maybe it's an Accord Domani.
*edit* those rear 1/4 panels definitely look like the USDM 94-97 Accord.

I agree. I think it looks better with the mesh grill over that grill with the A on it.

The Acura EL is a civic Shell with a different front end and different dash and interior. Oh yea it only comes 4 door. If you want leather seats that will bolt straight in a civic perfectly. Get some EL ones! Front end bolts right up no problem.

The link contains the pics for the Domani. The two pics below the link is some Honda model. The RLs came with 5 cyl. engines too. Could share an Accord chassis.

I have one done to my car.. Its very easy.. the only thing you have to drill out is this because the domani lights are longer than the civic lights

so you can put this there

and rewire the turnsignals to the bumper and seperate the parking lights to go to the corner light holes (because the bulbs are single filiment) and you may need to wire the fender signal also you can just wire that to your tunrsignal.
Most conversions come with every thing ,They also include 2 fenders hood bumper headlights bumper lights fender lights bumper support bar and grille.the main thing you need is the bumper support bar and this is a comparison the stock civic one is on the car and the domani one is on the ground. They also include 2 fenders hood bumper headlights bumper lights fender lights bumper support bar and grille.
This is a comparison of the bumper bars its not a good pic but u can see the similaritys and differences. one on the car is civic (ive already removed the bumper bar but they are 2 bumper bars vs one big one ) the one on the ground is domani

Information on the domani.. its based off the civic.. infact it is a civic with a differnt trunk lid and front end They only came in four door and they were rebadged as the Acura EL in canada only.
Final result
