Gas consumption

Hey guys, I was just wondering if there is anything I can do to save up on gas and not consume so much... taxes are killing us here in cyprus!

keep revs under 4k, don't vtec.
do your scheduled maintenance, oil change, tune up, etc.

i cant not drive hehehe.. i'm addicted to my teg, i swear! i heard of someone doing something to his engine and saving up on fuel...

I'm sure you can have it tuned for better gas milage, but it all depends upon your location as to if there are any good tuners around or not.

fill your tank, reset the trip meter to 0... run the tank til the gas light comes on. goto the gas station, fill the tank. divide the total trip miles by the amount of gallons you just put in. thats your MPG.

TOTAL TRIP MILES
---------------------- = MPG
GALLONS @ PUMP

you d ont need to run the take till its empry
u can run it to what ever u want like half tank or what ever
just divide how much gas u just put in to the miles u just traveled
no need to wait till the gas light comes on
