White Face guages (NOT INDIGLO)
I am thinking about doing some white guages, not indiglo. Anyone have any pics, tips, tricks, brands, etc... I have heard that once they are on you cannot go back to the stock look, is that true? How do you install them? Glue? Thanks in advance.
well u can use double sided tape, here is some detailed instructions to help you http://www.team-integra.net/ti/proje...tall/index.asp , good luck
I made my own gauages using photoshop and just printed them out on photo paper and used double-sided tape to hold them down. If you want the .jpg files of what I printed out I can send them to you. Here is what they look like.

Please don't use glue, if you use glue then its probably true you can't go back to stock. I used doublesided tape and that works pretty good but if you live in a very hot area then there is a possibility that the tape won't hold up very well. When the tape gives out, the guages might make contact with the needle and therefore causing it to get stuck in certain area of the needle sweep.

I have the NR Automotive brand. They are stock replacements but they are very difficult to install. You have to remove the needles and take off the OE faces. But they fit great and they look great. You use double sided tape to keep them in place. They are some of the best on the market if you can install them w/out breaking the needle. However, I'd never do it again. hehe! Too nerve racking! To do it right you have to take out the clutster altogether. Givew you more room to work with.
Here's a link to a pic of the gauge faces. http://geocities.com/garylee333/mycar.html

If you're getting aftermarket white face gauges, the NR automotive ones are the only way to go. They are twice the cost of regular indiglo gauges, but they look nice! I hear other brands of aftermarket white face gauges fit extremely bad.
go with the nr gauges they require a little patience and effort but are well worth it the fitment is also excellent
However remember if you plan to install them you self you have to mark where you take your needles off because once yoiu put them back on they can be hard to get in the place(meaning your gauge could read 120 and your really driving 60
