average times for small shot SOHC ZC crx?

hey friend has a SOHC ZC with an si tranny, it has raised compression to 10:1 run premium gas and have a 35shot of NOS but the track is closed and he doesnt know what he is running? go any ideas

its a CRX standard 89'
