Bumpers are a good price, but the headlights? In good condition, they should be pretty pricey, even used. Check out used prices on Ebay, reconditioned headlights, and even new headlights.
A brand new headlight assembly (for ONE side) is $450.
I'd sell both headlights for like AT LEAST $300.
But then again, I haven't been into the Integra game for the past several years, so maybe things changed.

the headlights are damn near perfect and the front bumper is perfect and the rear bumper needs a lil paint but in almost perfect cond but all i want is to sell the rear bumper and headlights so someone make an offer
