Default Downgrading from a GSR to LS/RS/GS...

What changes would I notice? I see the positives as: more low end torque (better for around town), better gas mileage, cheaper insurance and cheaper gas. As for the negatives, I see losing VTEC (less UMPH! up high) and not having such an uncommon car (G2). I love my GSR but I want a bike, and I can't really save any extra money right now.

I plan to sell my GSR from $5-6k (closer to 5k probably) and get either another Integra, or maybe even some Honda hatchback. Maybe even something like a 240SX. The absolute perfect score for me would be someone looking to trade there lower model Teg or Civic or even a 240 plus cash for my GSR. I'm looking to make $2-2.5k in addition to the trade so I can get my bike and gear. Does this sound like a good plan to you guys? This is my first post BTW and it won't let me reply to anyone, lol.
