Default **HELP WITH PISTON QUESTION**

ok i got a b18c1 planning on building the head. now time for bottom end i looked up at c-speed http://www.c-speedracing.com/h...c.php that c1 and c5 have the same bore. now my question is will the p73 itr pistons fit into a gsr block with out boreing. i know it may be a stupid question but help

i thought about the ctr pistons but the car is a daily driver so i dont want crazy compersion

depending on the condition of the block...if it is in good condition and has low miles....just re-hone and put the standard sized pistons....if you have to bore the blcok then go with the oversized type r pistons....but just go and check with a machine shop

If there is enough wear to require reboring the cylinders, then you should be able to locate a set of P73 pistons with a .25 overbore.
