Default weighed my del sol today

I've heard a lot of #'s when it comes to a del sols weight so I thought I would post up what I got today
2356lbs, dohc model w/turbo
No abs, spare, a/c, or roof holder in trunk
It did have 17's and a turbo wich will add a little weight.

the 94 4dr dx civics are actually fairly light so its not a big deal to be a little heavier than one. They are even lighter than the 92-95 si hatches.

turbos are heavy you know, and the dohc is also bigger than the sohc you have in your dx...so i would say that its pretty light.

2300 lbs is FAR from "nasty heavy".

Especially with the dohc and turbo.

i have a PTR in my 4dr by the way. You have to look at the fact the Del Sol is about half the size of a 4dr so its nasty heavy compared to all other hondas for that size. ne body else wann chime in on this

actually that's pretty good for a B16 model. my del sol S weighs in at 2440 with me in it and no spare tire.

I wasn't saying it was super light or anything, I just thought I would post what it weighs. It has every power option, removable top, roll up and down rear window, lots of stuff that make it heavy for it's size. Most of the hatches at the track today were in the 2100lb range, with the lightest I saw was 19xx lbs w/b16 but this thing was totally gutted.
