what would you do?
Today I got my bike back and I was pulling it into my shop. I noticed I ran over a small screw and when I removed it no air leaked out. It didnt penatrate real deap but enough to cuase wonder. Would you worry about it and ride or would ya replace it right away?
Ride it for a couple of days locally and see what happens. You should be ok, you'll probably always have little cuts and stuff especially in your front tire . . .
If you replace your tires every time you get a small piece of glass or metal in them your just throwing your money away IMO. But that doesn't mean you can run over a box or screws and expect everything to just fine either.
Like the other guy said just ride around on it for a while and see how it does. I usually ride around locally and get it pretty warm then go home and put some water with some soap in it on the hole. Then I proceed to pull at it and try and open it as much as I can to see if any air comes out . If it passes that test then it's guaranteed by Darwin for 150 mph+

Check the tire pressure, let it sit for a while then check it again. Then ride it for a half hour or so and check it again. If it's still holding it's probably fine. I'd check it often though.
