I live in St. Louis and we have been in a deep freeze for the past 2 weeks now. and ever since the really cold weather every morning when i go to start my car up it would make this loud whistling sound, but if i moved the steering wheel it would go away. now it is more persistant and will make the sound when i accelerate, what could this be??

 

hmmmm....maybe a.....belt?

 

it could be low belt lube. Always gotta have lube
