Buying clutch and flywheel, match tranny or motor?

buying a act clutch with a fidanza flywheel...im gettin a jdm b18b motor with my stock ls tranny...the part numbers are different from 90-91 92-93 and 94 and up...so do i buy them to match my tranny or for the motor?

Any B series clutch will work on any other B series engine. Just specify Honda B series and you'll get the right stuff.
