Default E-brake cable for rear disc conversion in 1989 civic 4 door

ok, I have the discs on there, but the e-brake cable wont fit. Which one should I use? the end of the factory cable does not fit the connector on the discs, and the CRX cables are too short. has anyone run into this problem before that can help?
thanks

I believe you're supposed to use the 90-93 integra cables.
