whats the offset? come with tires? tire condition? brand etc.? you dont know how much you are asking?

They are actually 9lbs. the 15X7 TE37's are lighter than the 15X7 CE28's bro .... the 14"CE28'S have less spokes you should try those they are crazy light like 6.8lbs or something ? You should contact user CHAD he sell's them then you know you'd get a perfect set without tires homie !

i prefer the look of the ce28 over the te37....plus ive heard the ce is lighter.
i also prefer the 15" over the 14"
