There are bumper clips and they can be found at Home depot or Honda OEM.

Heh harsh man, especially when you aren't even fully correct. The kid was saying it differently but was on the right track.
The right answer is above me, its a bunch of clips so the Bolts that go through the lip have something to dig into on the bumper.

I agree with the others - knock that **** off please.
The hardware is pretty expensive for those stock lips, but it works awesome.
I've got those lips on both of my EGs and IMO it's the best looking lip for them.
I'd not have painted it like that one red coupe though - looks like Maaco **** that way.

I dissagre. I bought some lock nuts and bolts from Lowes, works
great, and will never rust like the oem hardware. I have taken
off many front lips and many of them were rusted on so bad, I
had to break through the clip to get it off. The bolt rust together
with the clip.
The only down side to using custom hardware, is that it will usually
be standard instead of metric.

at orchard hardware supply you can get the c clips for like 60 cents a peice and they have a metric also which isnt too bad considering if you were to go to Honda and get the oem c clips that cost $3 or some thing like that if i remember right

I'm with you on everything but the "works awesome" part... it's certainly better than a lot of ways you could put it on... but THE DAY I put mine back on (I took it off for a long time and then put it back on to see if I liked it or not) it got ripped off the front of my car by road debri... the way the clips slide on the bumper from the back to the front makes it so that it will tear off and in the process either crack part of your bumper and DEFINATELY destroy ALL the mounting holes for it...
Oh and my cars not even lowered.
