i have been looking at cams for my 99 ex. i have looked mainly at Crower and Crane......but my real question is do i have to modify anything in the motor to get them in or is it a direct drop in??? also, which brand would u go with if ur a daily driver???

 

Drop in. Some cams may recommend valve springs and retainers, but you will only really need them to utilize a higher redline.
