Install hight on skunk2 valve springs???

I just got some valve springs from skunk and their was no paper work in the box to tell the install hight does anyone know the hight or know where i can find out i have emailed skunk2 and have not heard back yet.

I'd like to know also....its hard to believe some people dont check or know what installed height means.

called skunk2 and they say the valve springs are installed at stock hight
