Any tricks on how to install my fuel filter on my 97 accord. **** looks like a pita . Doesn't look as easy as a Bseries.

i rather bring it to a shop, **** is annoying to get to...and your hands will thank you for it, mines got all cut up trying ;\, but if you attempt it, try to get at it from under + over cause you might not have enough space up top...

If you don't have a lift, don't try it. You need a long extension and a swivel socket to get the nut off the bottom of the filter from the bottom of the car. Then you'll need to unbolt the braket that holds the filter and undo the banjo on the top of it. Voila. Install is reverse of removal.

 

Thanks fellaz . I guess I 'll be paying for some labor . I figured that it'll be hard because of the location that it's at..
