They've been known to produce some great #s. Apexi doesnt sell the kit anymore for somereason. The turbo is amazing and the kit fits perfect.

My buddy has that kit on sohc motor. (96 4 door) He had the whole bottom end rebuilt and some minor head work done. He has been driving it day to day and the only problem he had was a busted down pipe about a year after installing it. He loves his kit to the day and no problems. hes pushing 16 psi's all day every day also

the APEX d series is a really great kit. I had it on my 00 ex coupe for about a year. At 8psi with a conservative tune on the hack i made 176 which is pretty average but 173 WHEEL TORQUE.

It spools almost instantly and the fit/finish is comparable to the way OEM parts fit. It's kind of hard to find now since it's discontinued but if you can find one i'd go for it.

BTW i ran a 8.5 in the 1/8 with this kit @ 8psi in a 2600+ lbs coupe
